How can I schedule a massage therapy appointment at LKN Massage?
Appointments can be scheduled by calling Bob, a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, at 704-756-0909. You can also use the "Book an Appointment" button on our website.

What if I am late for my appointment?
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will provide treatment for the remaining session time only. We cannot extend appointments beyond the originally specified time due to our tightly booked schedule, and no fee reduction will be available.

Does LKN Massage accept health insurance?
Some massage therapy services may be covered by health insurance. We can provide a "Prescription Letter of Referral" from your physician for "Medical Massage," which you can submit for insurance reimbursement. Please note that LKN Massage does not bill insurance companies directly.

What can I expect during my first appointment?
During your first appointment, you will fill out an intake form and sign a consent for treatment form. You will provide health information and consult with Bob regarding your condition. He will perform muscle testing and range of motion tests to determine the source of your condition.

What if I have health conditions, allergies, or other concerns?
We ask you to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, and/or other concerns before your treatment. If you are experiencing symptoms like a cold, fever, or flu, we respectfully request you to reschedule your appointment to maintain a healthy environment.

No, the massage therapist will provide you with privacy to undress and get comfortable on the massage table. They will knock before re-entering the room to ensure your comfort and privacy.
